If you are not able to do ring dips then do negatives off of an elevated platform like a bench or box. Do higher reps of 5/10reps a piece per set for these movements.

Look at this opportunity to exact the movement you know better. If you know your snatch is on point then do Isabel. If you already know your Isabel or your snatch isn’t that great then go with Grace.
