A. Warmup
Use a good bit of time in the warmup to do the movements in the WOD.

B. WOD
AMRAP 5 minutes
Double KB clean and jerk 53/35lbs
One Minute Rest

AMRAP 4 minutes
Single KB Swing w/hand switch 53/35lbs
One Minute Rest

AMRAP 3 minutes
KB Snatch 53/35lbs

Each movement will be with a swing. The Kettlebell does not reset on the ground. Use the KB like it is intended!
