Athletes,

Today we express our fitness with all barbell movements. DT on paper doesn’t look that bad but will quickly catch up with you once you get into it.

Ben Smith, 2015 CrossFit Games Champion, finished this workout in 7:55 at 205lbs.

Sara Sigmundsdóttir, placed 3rd at the 2015 CrossFit Games, did it in 8:30 at 145lbs.
