151121 We got ourselves a CHIPPER!

Hey everyone!

Coach Jared has left us for Cambodia for a couple of weeks. If you thought he left quietly, then think again. He has left us with a wonderful Chipper to demolish. Lots of technical movements, but don’t let that scare you. We will have plenty of options for scales. They only way to improve on a movement is to practice it and progress to it. Lets do it!

Power Cleans : 1 set of 10 reps at 70%

*Also practicing Drop Snatches at no more than 95/65lbs

10 Box Jumps 36/30

10 Bar Muscle-Ups

20 Kettlebell Snatches 53/35

20 Pistols (alternating)

30 Toes-To-Bars

30 Overhead Squats 75/55lbs

40 GHD Sit-Ups

40 Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14

50 Burpees
