Athletes,

Get ready to flex and relax those problem areas with Coach Lisa.

If you have them, please bring the following mobility tools: Lacrosse ball(s), double/taped lacrosse (or racket) balls, larger ball like a softball, voodoo floss.

A. Mobility Class We’ll spend time working on significant mobilization of the following areas: Thoracic Spine, Shoulders, and Ankles (time permitting)

B. WOD Lisa’s KB Kiss of Death Complete for time (16 min cutoff) 100 KBS* 53/35 *Catch: every time you stop swinging you must perform 13 WBS 20/14
