A. Warmup
100 Double unders (or 2 minutes of practice)
Then 3 Slow Rounds
5 Snatch Deadlifts
5 Power Snatches
5 Overhead Squats

Snatch + Snatch Pull
5 x 2 @ 70%

Benchpress your body weight x 45/35lb bar. So if you way 150lb you will do 150reps. We can have a max of 4 stations. Rotate through as fast as possible.

Everytime you put the bar down 25 squats
