We have a skill movement here: T2Bs. We will be working this skill a little for those strong enough in the shoulder to nail this movement. We will also talk a little on how to make this movement work for you or why it isn’t working for you. So basically it will be a blasty blast!
We will be hanging some rings for these T2B. Rings will help with any type of shoulder inflexibility and make the movement a little easier!
