A new cycle starts this day and with that a new progressive model! Please don’t stop practicing handstands. Many of you have done amazing things in the last 6 weeks with it.
The new progressive model will be strict pullups. There will be no kipping during this period. If you don’t have a strict pullup we will be doing scapula raises. Today we will test in. See how far you can move your scapula up or how many pushups you can do!
