Athletes,

Today we put in work. I want some PR’s on the board.  The Snatch and Clean and Jerk are two lifts that have the most skill involved with them. These lifts have the least amount of PR’s over the course of our cycles.

But lets move past that.  I want you to scan through these babies…and just look at what you have done since the beginning of our cycle. Every single one of you have improved.  These strength gains carry over to gymnastics and vica-versa. Some of you get discouraged in the short game.  It is important that you reflect upon where you have come to where you are now. Be proud…that is your weightlifting heritage!
