A. Warmup
Use the movements of the WOD. Mobilize as needed

CrossFit Total 2
Minus the Clean
1 RM Bench Press
1 RM Overhead Squat

Followed by work with the Split Jerk. Try to alot 15 minutes to the movement and lifting alone.
