Athletes,

Today you will be feeling that extreme burn from that lactic acid from both the run and the overhead squats. Key here is to power and grit through the overhead squats and rest on the run!

Also. Take some time to reflect on just how much you have done in the past 6 months. Some times we lose focus of that because of small set backs. Every one of you that have been consistent has gotten stronger….done something you could not do at that time!
