Yesterday was blisteringly bad with Angie. You don’t need another workout like that so today you get the opportunity to go as hard as you can for a very short amount of time.

A. Warmup
5 Rounds
5 x Halting Snatch Deadlift
5 x Snatch Pull from Hang
5 x Power Snatch from power position

Halting Snatch Deadlift

B. Progressive Model
Static Handstand Hold

Bench Press + SLDL
For the Single Leg Deadlift do not use more than 135/95

30 Snatches 135/95
Or 70% of your 1RM
