This week we continue with the ladies you all know and love! We will also be working handstands for a progressive model…but for now it will just be by feel! Feel what you are comfortable with and try to push past that a bit.

A. Warmup
Coaches warm the shoulders up. The WOD will be around 20+ minutes.

B. Progressive Model
Static Handstand

Front squat
7 @ 65%
7 @ 75%

100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
