Today we will be doing two benchmarks. I know you already scrolled to see what they are so you know they are relatively fast. If you can go RX please do so. If not record where you’re at so you can track these later!
Karen – No Rep yourself on these. I know it sucks but you are out here for a specific purpose and the precepts that this purpose stands on cannot involve ‘close enoughs’. You know a good rep. Hit your target and keep going.
Grace – If you can’t do 135/95 then you should do around 70% of your 1RM. Your jerk only counts with control. After the clean try to push that weight off your shoulders fast and if it is heavy drop it. Doing singles on this is a great way to PR!
