150908 Bench Mark Day 1 of 3

Athletes,

Today we will be doing something a little different for out benchmarks. Because of the competition we will be doing 3 straight days of just benchmarking. It should put your bodies in the highest state for the competition!

A. Warmup
Get equipment
1 x 400M Run
Mobility work with Front Rack if you need it
Get to lifting.

B. WOD
1 Rep Max
Front Squat
Press
Deadlift
