Another chapter in our Fight Tonight CrossFit book is coming to a close. Nick Jakovac has been with FTCF from the very start of his tour here. It took him some convincing but we eventually had him drop some sweet sweet dollar bills on a CrossFit Level 1 course and got him certified. Every person who has came through the program at FTCF has been improved by his coaching style and his unique way or framing things. They have also witness his pure retard go strength on a lot of the WODs he has done. Most noticeably at the 2015 CrossFit Regionals in Australia and at the 2015 CrossFit Open where he did most workouts 2-3 times and did them better hungover.
