Today will be something out of the ordinary. We are going globo-gym. But that is okay. Hit these curls and extensions. These movements mimic the strength needed for pullups. So lets see how these effect you! Go heavy and go longer on your reps!

Tricep Extensions
These exercises are hard to get exact 1RMs and are used as accessory exercises.
Make these hard and work to a good 5 rep max. If that isn’t enough go for more reps.
