Your body should be feeling a little lighter this week as we are deloading. This is a good thing next week we will be hitting it hard and preparing your body for those maximal loads we will encounter on our 1RM week. THERE WILL BE PRS! Every person will PR something but most likely every person will PR multiple things.
The static hold that you will encounter in this WOD will be difficult. Try to not let your position devolve from that good support position to having the rings in front of you.
