Use the skill time to go over progressions for more complicated movements. Muscle ups, HSPUs, Handstands, HS Walks, Pistols, Double Unders. <— Or just work general body awareness exercises. Forward/Back rolls. Kicking up onto the wall. Hollow rocks to supermans etc.
