150319 Thursday (No WOD)

Athletes,

Some of you have not touched a weight since you did the Open workout. You know who you are. Find some time at home to do a light AMRAP. You need to keep you muscles stimulated up until the next Open WOD. Squats, situps, running etc. But do something. It will increase your total reps during the next WOD. 🙂
