We are going to go off the beaten path a little with this workout. This will really test your metal and fortitude. DO. NOT. Give up on your snatch and clean early! Use that entire minute to try to nail your current weight. Max effort for every lift!
With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10 lb.
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.
Mark scores with each lift! And enjoy!
