Another CrossFit Open WOD is upon us and it has probably put you into a way. For the mass majority of us getting a muscle-up has been one of our goals for years. For others it is a skill they have had and comes as just another movement. Well today and tomorrow we will see who is where. The RX workout is:
7 Ring MUs
50 Wallballs 20/14
200 Single Unders
As with the last two weeks we will be scoring Friday from 1630-UTC and Saturday morning 1000-UTC. We will have rings setup outside and that should not be an issue.
Caveat. If you think doing the workout outside will some how diminish your score please go to Reebok CrossFit Sentinel One located in Hannam. It is a 10 to 15 dollar drop in. I believe that tomorrow it will be in the 50s so it should not be cold. In fact it may be just right.
