Tomorrow will be used exclusively to do 15.2. Many have to do it for the first time and some want to redo it.
Dean and I will be there tomorrow evening. I will show up at 1630!
If you did 15.2 on Saturday you are still pretty beat up. Go in the gym and do some strength work or mobility drills. This will help the pain and get you ready for 15.3. Moderate front squats or back squats would be perfect.
You have another week to work your double unders! You will see them!
