The past few days have really done a number on your legs…so we’ll continue to do SQUATS!!! This probably doesn’t sound like much fun but now you get to suffer with a partner! I hope to see you all there even though it’s a training holiday.

B)  SWOD
Find your 1RM Turkish get up in 10 mins
Then…
Work up to a heavy deadlift in 5 mins

C)  Partner WOD
EACH person will complete in this order:
36 TGUs @ 44/26
100 Double Unders
36 Pull ups
100 air squats
36 partner deadlifts @ 365/225
