Yesterday was definitely leg day if you did 60% of your 1RM during that WOD. Hopefully you employed a very nice recovery program to your night and are ready to hit it once again.

A. Progressive Model Squat Therapy

B. SWOD
Take 15 Minutes to get a 3RM Strict Press

C. Partner WOD
With a Running Clock of 16 Minutes
One will always be on the rower for calories

Partner 1 on Rower
Partner 2 on:
5 Deadlifts 135/85
10 Box Jumps 24/20
15 Pushups

After 4 Minute increment your deadlifts will be as such
0:00-4:00 135/85
4:00-8:00 185/125
8:00-12:00 225/175
12:00-16:00 275/225

Score will be all reps and calories added together.
