But in the end remember it is all about the small things; tape, chalk, gloves, wraps. I would also recommend some type of numbing agent. It is great to numb a little bit of pain to push through a WOD. Works great for those lower back pains!

This WOD has many variables. The idea is that you should be able to knock out many of the movements unbroken or little breaks as possible. So use this time to gauge the weight you will be using and practice the movements that are a little more sketchy so we can adjust to a scale for your needs! WE GOT YOU!
