We have arrived. Monday, after Thanksgiving weekend. It is suggested that everyone gains a couple pounds on this weekend for obvious reasons so I hope you enjoyed! We will be hitting it hard with a 1RM overhead squat to start the week out right!
A. Progressive Model L-Sit
Overhead Squat 1RM
If you don’t have an overhead squat position you will do a 3RM Frontsquat.
If you don’t have a front squat you will do a 5RM Back Squat
