CrossFit is plainly – Constantly Varied, Functional Movement done at High Intensity.

Lets talk Constantly Varied. This is the polar opposite of random. It is analogous with those who say Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection is built upon ‘random’ genetic mutations. It is just not the case. This is a very important distinction that needs to be made. Further if it were random then programming would not take hours and I would be one happy camper! 🙂

The balance between upper body pull, upper body push, lower body, core, explosive force, training for equality in muscular strength and muscular conditioning in the same breath inputting the most important aspect; intensity, and allowing for movements on multiple axis to develop as many specific muscle groups as possible and reinforce good movement habits, posture, strength, endurance, speed, balance and specific skill sets is quite the job.

This is the CrossFit method. The specializing in not specializing and constantly varying time, movements, sets, rests, and skills will train you for life!
