Athletes,

This will be the first time we have spent a good deal of time on skill work in reference to muscle ups. Do not worry if you cannot get one. We were all there and had to face some big demons before our body and mind started working together in order to get up there. All movements will be strict and controlled. The WOD will be scaled accordingly. It will be a mini-seminar on this beautiful gymnastics movement!
