Check this WOD out. It is set for 115/85 respectfully but lets aim for being about to complete one full round of front squats and push jerks. If the weight you have on your bar is too much and you can’t get this rep scheme then scale it. Remember it is about intensity. The more you put the bar on the ground the less intensity you will expend!
