This week we will be hitting those weights again just like last week. Last week should of put your body in a really nice state of adaptation. We are going to continue with that theme this week as we push our limits at the bar!

B. SWOD
In 20-25 minutes work to a heavy 7RM frontsquat

C. WOD
EMOM for 15 Minutes
2 x Bear Complex (Try to do this at your 7RM FS)
