Tomorrow will be an extremely tough WOD. Your deadlift should be very heavy. Calculate 70-75% of your max. We will also be having another round of Fundamentals! It should be a rather small class so if you are interested in sticking around after please do so! But remember since it is fundamentals we will need to get out of the way for the coaches to start promptly at 1000!
