It has been over a year since I have been in the Fight Tonight family and the increases in your work capacity over time has went through the roof for those who have stuck through. Consistency in any thing you endeavor to do is key. It doesn’t take a genius to understand this. Sure you have probably banged your shins, scraped your elbows and fallen from a box or two/five but you have been there to do it. For each day you put in work, apply a diet sustainable for your work and appropriate time for family, friends and activities you invest in your future. That means you will be able to do all those things longer; pain free and thus have a higher quality of life. For me I will never stop. I hope you feel the same.

Some people say that CrossFit is a cult. Well fine then lets drink the Koolaid and add some protein powder while we are at it! I was asked today by AFN why I got into CrossFit. It is because it is the life I have chosen because of the results I have received. Not just physically but through all those who put in the same work. I have witnessed Personal Records weekly. Something you were previously not able to do you were able to put it in your bag. At the same time you have pushed the individuals to your left and right to work just that much harder!
