Find your heavy set of three. You can do touch and goes or you can drop but you have to be constantly engaging the bar!

C. WOD
5 Min AMRAP 50-60% of your Heaviest set of Power Cleans
3 Dead Lifts
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
