Athletes,

Please mobilize your ankles and scapula prior to class if you have the time. This will help during your over head squats.

Scapula Mobilization

B. Warmup

C. WOD
5 RFT
3 Wall Walks
5 Candle Sticks
7 Situps
9 OHS Half your body weight

You Should be able to snatch that weight over head but if you feel uncomfortable with this use the rack.
