140808 Friday 1000 & 1700 Weightlifting Class

A. Skill WOD
Single Kettle Bell Clean
Double Kettle Bell Clean
Dumbbell Clean

B. WOD
AMRAP 15 Minutes
10 Dumbell/Kettlebell Cleans (Use a weight that seems good for WOD. Go for unbroken!)
50 Double Unders

There is much time to practice the clean. Use the least amount of effort in order to effect the movements points of performance. If you use more effort than you need you will find yourself hitting hard with the kettlebells or dumbbells.


 

1700 Weightlifting

We will be doing some very intense work with jerks.

Rep Scheme will focus on Jerk technique:

2 x Cleans, + 2 Jerks.
