Athletes,

We did it! The gals from Fight Tonight CrossFit won the Camp Humphreys CrossFit peninsula wide fitness competition. Making FTCF the fittest military affiliate in country! Awesome work gals! On top of that we represented with 2 teams, a bunch of flare, the best team work there and matching shirts!

So give Alpha Team Jessica B, Cheyenne, Kelly D, Allegra, Sophie, Kaley and Bravo Team Allison, Chalsie, Darla, Michelle, Fish, and Mary Kate a couple of high fives for representing, organizing, and pushing each other. For those that could not make it you really missed out! Such an amazing event!

Use the hollow position on the ground or on the bar. Really try to extend and flex your body. Activate the muscles in your back and hips to maintain a solid but dynamic position.
