A. Skill WOD (10 minutes)
Wall Handstand, handstand walk, box scaled handstand.
Get comfortable being upside down! If you don’t have the skill needed to to this then strengthen your position be scaling with a box. The more comfortable you are inverted the easier these complex moves will be. As always use a super friend to help!
Max Rep Pull Ups – Note the pull ups completed in each round
