Athletes,

Please pay attention to the next couple of weeks as we may have to cancel some evening classes. I am working to not have this happen but we only have so many resources.  If the class is canceled I will still post the WOD but the title will express that it is cancelled.

There is a 30 minute cap on this workout. There is a cap for reason. Stick with it. Beat your body down this day but don’t destroy it.  We still have many more days to go and more work to put in!
