Athletes,

Did not have enough time last night to post about the weeks events. Here it comes! Running is coming to you. Do your best at these! Very good mix of running and work this week. Thanks Dan. You will be introduced to an awesome variation of Fran for Thursdays Thresh Hold training. Saturday will be icing on this fitness cake as it will be a smoker with a time cap.

Shirts are in the works and we will be getting them to you as soon as possible! I haven’t settled on a design but there was some excitement with the design Jack made up. If anyone has any other ideas let me know. I am still partial to our first shirts.

FTCF will soon have some additions to our Infinity Rig. 4FT Flying pullup bar and some single pullup bars so we can be a little more flexible in movements and variations! Looking forward to these developments.
