Athletes, Threshold training. These five rounds should be a good way of finishing off your Thursday night and prepare you for a nice day off. This will be our first time introducing this type of workout. I hope you enjoy it and it treats you well. The intent here is to get to the money making movement as quickly as possible but still be able to perform in that round. It is about strategy and working knowledge of your limits.
