The Clean and Jerk portion of this WOD should be relatively easy. The hardest part about this is lowering the bar from overhead but it is essential. Focus on using those light weight reps as practice in lowering the bar to your front rack position. As you start to move up in weight you will have to be more comfortable and confident under load. This skill will help you get there!
