Jim has a little surprise for us this week and you are going to love it! If you don’t know Jim is leaving soon so make sure you give him as much grief as possible before he gets on that jet plane and thank him for this glorious month of programming!

As you ready yourself for tomorrow take a minute to look back at where you were at last year, six months ago or yesterday! The strides you make today seem small in the moment but when compared to last year it starts making more sense. Why we do what we do! These improvements are going to follow us into the years to come.

The week of the 4th of July is here so be watchful of the fighttonightcrossfit.com and Facebook as the schedule may shift. What isn’t going to shift is the intensity for this week. If you have been thinking to yourself that you haven’t done enough burpees lately, not to worry! We will touch on some heavy Olympic lifting and introduce some thresh hold training. It will be glorious.
