I have beat this horse dead but thank you! Thank you for making the Movement and Mobility Workshop and BBQ a success. You are pretty amazing. πŸ™‚ Big thanks to our presenters Jessica Bezanson, Jakob Leonard, and Rich Rosenblum for taking their time and transforming it into 3 solid hours of great information. A big thank you to Allison Boswell for helping facilitate the room, setup and break down! The food, beverages, and personalities at the BBQ were also amazing. We had a little something for everyone; amazing salad to veggie burgers to pulled pork (that lasted 7 1/2 minutes). We will probably insist that the next meetup be a beer/wine only type of event. People were getting – ‘turnt up’ at the end!

Do you miss the barbell? Feel like last week left something lacking in the weightlifting department? Well worry no longer. This week we will be slapping the entire gym on that barbell it will seem. Back squat Max coming at you! Deadlifts and kettlebells with a dash of push presses for good measure!
