Athletes, – THERE WILL BE NO WOD
Fight Tonight Crossfit will be hosting a movement and mobility workshop on 21 June from 1000-1300. The location will be at the USAG-Yongsan Moyer Rec(Bus Station) RM 223. We may go over that time but will try to maintain this schedule. Afterwards we plan on having BBQ/Potluck and building morale with Crossfit Community here on the peninsula.
The intent of this will be, from a coaches perspective, how to program and train mobility into your WODS and do cursory maintenance on your own body.
It is recommended that you bring 3 lacrosse balls. Two taped together and Voodoo Floss. You can buy them from Rogue here:

Buy one bike innertube. Cut it in half. Then cut that piece in half long ways. It works great!
