140610 Tuesday 1000 & 1800

Athletes,

Friday evening has been neglected as a training day due to [insert reason]. Chase Miller (1000AM Coach) and myself will be doing Olympic lifting starting at 1700 on Fridays. This will be a guided class for those that want to improve their Olympic lifts or those who want to start on them. We will have a specific WOD for these days. You will try to hit each target in the WOD and have a great time doing it. Basically, it will just be a good time to hang out and improve on your skill set at two of the most explosive lifts in weightlifting. The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk are compound movements that illicit all muscles in a symphony of movement for half a second and that is why it is so hard at light weight and extremely hard at heavy weight.

This will be another a great opportunity to improve upon the skill set you need for CrossFit and life. *Steps off the CrossFit soap box*

Seriously come out and and make this class a success!

30 EMOTM
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
Score: last round with all 30 reps complete. If athletes fail to finish a round of all 30 reps, athletes continue to with the WOD, resting as needed. Begin each new round with pullups.
