Death by pullups
With a running clock, on the first minute, do one pullup, on the 2nd minute do two pullups, on the 3rd minute, do 3 pullups, etc., until you cannot complete a set unbroken. Athletes can continue with any form or scale of pullups, provided they complete each minute’s set unbroken.
We will import R. Lee Ermey if you need additional motivation!!
