“Butterfly” situps
For Time
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 overhead box step ups (135/75#) 24/14″ box height
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 ring pushups

Coaches Note: First do 1 rep of step up then 10 reps of ring pushups, the 2 reps step ups and 9 reps ring pushups, etc.
Step up focuses on hip drive and not pushing off with trail leg. Bar is locked out overhead as in an OHS.

  1. I think it’s pretty obvious, Jim. The dolphin is packing an MLRS and has challenged the chain saw weilding unicorn to a fight to the death to see who will hold dominion over all of Tattooartlandia. But, that’s just a guess.
