20 min AMRAP
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
While 1 partner works, the other must hold 2 KBs in a front rack position or with arms straight and KBs by the legs (like a farmer’s carry). Partners may switch on their own accord. Any time a KB touches the floor, there is a 5 burpee penalty for the team after the 20 min.
